Gregory C. Maaswinkel's legal career began with the Florida Department of Insurance where he protected consumers from unscrupulous and unfair trade practices of insurance adjusters, agents, and insurance companies. Subsequently, Mr. Maaswinkel became an attorney at a law firm representing insurance companies, employers, and the government from the claims of injured people. He then used his years of insurance defense experience to benefit injured people throughout the state of Florida. Since 2001, Mr. Maaswinkel refuses to represent insurance companies and only represents injured people.
